Terms of Booking & Booking Deposit

By placing a booking with us at Energie Antigua, you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.

To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance, this deposit amount is 50% of total payment including any and all tax. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within. The outstanding balance of the accommodation will be requested upon check in. If the guest has requested additional items or services over their stay, an additional bill will be given to the guest upon check out.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. Energie holds the right to ask any guest to leave with immediate effect, without any refund, for the following reasons;

  • Excessive noise

  • Damage

  • Antisocial behaviour

Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;

  • Cancellation made within 48 hours of booking = Full deposit refund

  • Cancellation made more than 14 days of arrival date = No deposit refund

  • Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = Full payment required

  • Please note: A full refund of your deposit will only be issued in the event of border and airport closures due to a COVID 19 ban on air travel, applying to either Antigua and Barbuda or your country of departure.

    Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;

  • Check-in after: 15:00pm on day of arrival

  • Check-out before: 12:00pm on day of departure. All guests must have left by this time and all keys must be returned to reception unless other arrangements have been made with management.

  • Later check outs and earlier check ins can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee, please contact us for more information.

Damages

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Please see attached inventory. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys and fobs will incur a replacement charge per key or fob lost. Please leave the accommodation in a respectable condition.

Smoking

Smoking/ Vaping of any kind including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, e cigarettes and vaporizers are only permitted outside in well ventilated areas. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the accommodation at Energie. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Pets

We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation without prior arrangement with management.

Parking

Where on-site parking is provided, guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Your Personal Details & Privacy

Energie holds the right to securely store credit card information from the prime guest for the duration of their stay. See our full Privacy Policy.

The Gym

Guests are allowed access to the Gym and exercise classes, however they must report to reception and sign a disclaimer before using these facilities.

Parties/Guests

Guests are not permitted to have more than four additional guests visit the accommodation. Additional guests (over 4), must be approved by Energie Management prior to arrival. The Lead Guests take full responsibility for any guests and any damage they may cause.
